Have you worked with POS and or ECR solutions before and do you know what merchants’ needs are if it comes around check out systems? Do you have a successful commercial product track record and are you highly motivated to maintain and further build on our product propositions Acquiring, Smart POS & Omnichannel?  Would you like to be part of a customer focused, fast growing and successful company within Payments, being an ABN AMRO/ Fiserv joint venture? Then we have a unique position available for you within European Merchant Services (EMS)!

Getting the right things done

  • Own and deploy our POS and Smart POS propostion
  • Build new commerical product propostions for our sales & partner department that help us to exelerate
  • Follow trends in the market and transalte them to commercial product opportunities
  • Set the goals and define the roadmap for the POS and Smart POS propostion within the overall Omnichannel product propositions
  • Setup business cases including market pricing to launch solutions in the market
  • Write and execute a product plan strategy
  • Determine the requirements and impact of new solutions or changes to existing solutions
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers and partners
  • Train, educate and inform other departments like Sales and Operations to ensure they are up to date regarding relevant product developments
  • Support large commercial pitches with tailored solutions
  • Create with Marketing team content materials to support the success of your product portfolio
  • Work closely with other EMS departments like Project & Change, Technical Solutions & Integrations, Finance, Compliance and Operations

You will report directly to the Head of Marketing, Product & Customer Experience. The highly succesful Team consists of 8 driven proffessionals that work together to build,  market and maintane succesful product propostions for EMS.  The Team works closely together and offers a positive, informal, social and professional environment with short lines of communication.

 

We would like you to have

  • Bachelor or Master degree
  • Proven track record in commercial product management
  • A passion for Payments & related technology
  • Good understanding of the POS, Smart POS &  ECR (Electronic Cash Register)  eco-system
  • Commercial mindset
  • Initiative, and the ability to take the lead in the organization
  • A good understanding of business models
  • Goal orientated approach; drive and energy to achieve desired results
  • Excellent management, organizational and prioritization skills; able to execute several projects simultaneously
  • Highly analytical and solution focused
  • Creative, out of the box, strategic thinker with problem solving attitude
  • Experienced PowerPoint and Excel user; able to create effective and attractive presentations
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
