What this job is all about!

The Sales Support Agent  is responsible for providing excellent administrative support to the Sales teams. The purpose of the support is to ensure a smooth administrative boarding process of (new) customers.


Getting the right things done:

  • Proactively support the Sales department and acts as a single point of contact
  • Ensure an efficient and flawless administrative workflow ensuring all data, documents and forms are processed and shared with the appropriate departments
  • Answer all questions from Sales departments and EMS customers about the installation and activation of EMS payment terminals
  • Work close together with Sales to manage the expectations of our Customers externally
  • Actively contribute to a common results and problem solving
  • Manage and monitor process of delivery to our Customers
  • Proactively communicate about progress of processto all parties involved
  • Proactively takes action in case delivery agreements cannot be met
  • Act as a project manager and make sure that the right actions are taken on time to connect (new) Customers
  • Checks documents before sending them out to prevent mistakes


We would like you to have!

  • Bachelor degree
  • Two years’ experience in an administrative client support role
  • Customer-focused and quality-driven; very motivated to provide state-of-the-art service to EMS clients
  • Self-motivated individual with drive, enthusiasm and commitment to resolve issues and to achieve results
  • Positive, pro-active and hands-on mentality
  • Well able to prepare and monitor procedures to ensure satisfactory progress of tasks/ responsibilities
  • Highly accurate and detail oriented
  • Able to organize, document and prioritize his/ her work and manage time effectively
  • A true Team player; well able to work together and independently
  • Excellent communication skills; able to communicate complex information in a simple, clear way
  • Eager to gain and develop in-depth knowledge of EMS’ products, services, processes and procedures
  • Computer literate
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
