As a customer service expert, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in terms of technical support. You provide an excellent customer experience by helping and advising our salespeople on a wide range of our products and services. The growing customer service team currently consists of 14 customer service experts, reporting to the Customer Service Manager. The team works closely with each other to ensure alignment, support and improvement.
