What this job is all about

We are continuously improving and expanding our omnichannel proposition so that the customers we serve can offer their customers secure payments through their preferred payment choice. Whether in-store, online or via a mobile device (omnichannel).

Getting the right things done!
As Inside Sales Consultant the following will be part of your major tasks and responsibilities:

  • Outbound calling to our customers and informing them about our omnichannel proposition
  • Spotting commercial opportunities within our existing customer base
  • Assisting the sales manager with pre- and after-sales activities
  • Keeping track of all calls in our Sales Force database in an understandable way

Your team
You will be part of our growing Sales team, directly reporting to the Sales Manager.

In addition, we ask for the following:

  • At least a college degree (or you are currently pursuing a bachelor's degree)
  • Excellent, oral and written communication skills in the Dutch and English languages
  • You see targets as a challenge and have good negotiation skills
  • You are able to identify commercial opportunities
  • Strong telephone and verbal communication skills and you can listen well and actively
