Business Development Consultant

What this job is all about

As our new Business Development Consultant, you will become part of our successful Amsterdam Sales Team. This team offers a ‘work hard, play hard environment’; a positive, social ambiance with short, direct communication lines. You will explore new opportunities and make outbound calls to potential merchants. You will learn how to be successful in a revenue-driven sales environment through comprehensive training and mentoring by industry and sales experts. You will learn on the job and will get the chance to participate in various sales courses.

What do you bring to the table?

Preferably experience in a commercial role in the SME segment
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Client and quality focused, able to sell value to our clients
Proactive approach and eager to take ownership
Truly passionate about your work, ambitious and result oriented
A social team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships
Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Dutch and English
