Partnerships Manager

What this job is all about

  • Grow revenue and secure business profits of our Partners through successful selling of our Payment Solutions;
  • Effectively follow-up on Partner referrals; tracking & tracing new business opportunities within existing relationships;
  • Take care of all commercial and contractual negotiations with the Partners;
  • Ensure being up to speed with evolving product functionality, process technology and industry trends;
  • Work closely with other EMS departments like Implementation Management, Operations, Finance and Risk Management, Legal, to get required support.

What do you bring to the table?

  • Bachelor degree;
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Proven track record in successfully selling payment solution to Merchants and Partners is a pre;
  • Truly passionate about your work, ambitious, deal driven and result oriented;
  • Proven ability to continuously deliver revenue;
  • Knows how to qualify opportunities and win RFP’s/ RFI’s;
  • Excellent relationship management and consultative selling skills;
  • Creative, ‘out of the box’, strategic thinker with problem solving attitude;
  • A self-starter mentality, taking ownership and responsibility;
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at executive level;
  • Continuous learning mentality and eager to challenge/ improve current processes;
