Would you like to lead a client focused team of technical specialists responsible for pre-sales consultancy, integrating merchants to our platform and specialized technical support? What this job is all about!

  • Manage, coach and support the MI&TS team consisting of Integration Managers and Tech Specialists (ca. 8 FTE) responsible for
    • −Providing pre-sales consultancy and technical integration service to new partners and clients that require more complex integrations
    • −Providing specialised technical support to merchants
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert. Work together with the team and advise team members on the more complex topics
  • Coordinate and lead the onboarding and implementation of Partners and Clients with your team by working closely with our sales organization. Perform pre-sales technical consulting activities yourself for EMS’ most important clients to ensure a solution that fits their needs (you will join your sales colleague when visiting clients).
  • Ensure all inbound support queries and incidents from merchants and partners are managed and solved efficiently
  • Manage the team’s processes by defining work procedures and managing KPI’s and SLA’s. Ensure the Team is setting the right priorities and is meeting deadlines.
  • Work closely together with other departments like Sales, Merchant Service Team, Project & Change and external IT contractors

We would like you to have!

  • Bachelor or Master degree;
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Payment industry; preferably in an implementation management or technical position;
  • Strong communication and advisory skills; able to articulate complex issues clearly to Partners and Clients, internal management and internal departments
  • Solid technical background; well able to understand the Client’s technical challenges and the fit with the EMS environment;
  • Inspiring People Manager with excellent leadership, motivating, coaching and training skills, highly driven to get the best out of people;
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; able to execute several projects simultaneously and able to organize the workflow of your team;
  • Quality focused and a Customer First mentality;
  • Goal orientated approach; drive and energy to achieve desired results;
  • Energetic, proactive, positive minded individual; well able to take the lead in the organization;
  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented and result driven;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English;
  • Happy to work in a young, international and results driven environment.
