Relationship Manager POS Partnerships

What this job is all about

  • Truly make a difference and fulfill a key role in driving the success of Clover, the state of the art POS solution of EMS.
  • Maintain and develop the effective strategy for EMS regarding the approach of POS Partners, like for instance cash register solution providers, software companies, POS resellers and integrators.
  • Grow business by managing and developing existing and new POS Partner relations.
  • Connect new Partners and manage the configuration process of online and offline systems according to Partners needs within the agreed service levels.


Getting the right things done

  • Build and manage the relationship with our current Partners/ channels.
  • Identify key new partners and secure the relationship.
  • Take care of all commercial and contractual negotiations with the Partners.
  • Ensure efficient and effective boarding and implementation of new Partners, working closely with the sales and technical organization.
  • Identify, advise and assist in implementing new or improved products, processes and procedures.

Description of a day in the life of the Relationship Manager Partnerships at EMS

During your day you focus on growing relationships, sales and the expansion of EMS footprint through partners. Typically, you will be busy working on account plans, managing relations, coordinating with the different departments involved on partner’s projects and visiting  (new) partners.

The Relationship Manager POS Partnerships is part of a highly successful Sales Team consisting of 12 driven, ambitious, professional and knowledgeable team members. We would like you to have

  • Bachelor degree;
  • Proven track record in managing Partners, Distributors and/ or Resellers;
  • Excellent relationship management and consultative selling skills;
  • Work experience in the Payment industry and an existing network of contacts within the industry of POS solution providers are preferred;
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at executive level;
  • Ability to articulate complex issues clearly to Partners, management and internal departments;
  • Continuous learning mentality and eager to challenge/ improve current processes;
  • Creative and strategic thinker with problem solving attitude;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
