As a Sales Executive, you play a vital role in proactively and reactively nurturing, expanding, and retaining our relationships with SMEs. This entails diligently following up on marketing campaigns through phone calls and/or emails. Your keen eye identifies opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, allowing you to offer new services and products to our existing customers. Additionally, you promptly address alerts such as down trading and negative margins. From the moment the first transaction is processed, you collaborate closely with the sales team, ensuring all sales activities are effectively followed up on.
